The writing is going…well, it’s going. Slow but sure–trying to stay on point. But I’m getting myself all f***** up because as soon as I start writing, I get all screwy, wondering what readers will think, if they’ll like it, do I have what it takes to tell this story and tell it well? and so on and so forth, etc. I think I’m both putting the cart before the horse and trying to cross the bridge before I come to it, which, you’ll agree, is a very confusing and chaotic way to be…not to mention the poor horse. How’s he supposed to cross a non-existant bridge what with the cart sitting in front of him?
